Description: This month’s TYRC Talking Circle conversation will be about Native Youth Leadership and its importance to strengthening culture within youth leadership. In this conversation we will explore the meaning of Native Youth leadership and ways we are deepening our programming (i.e. engagement, activities, mentorship, planning gatherings, etc.). We want to hear from you as program managers, youth helpers, and the many roles you have to serve our Native youth the work you are doing! One of the most powerful tools our ancestors have taught us is learning from one another.
Learning objectives:
a) learn about Youth Leadership
b) strengthen tools
c) identify what is working
d) deepen cultural focus
