TYRC OLE: Strengthening and Sustaining Collaborative Partnerships

Session Description:
This session will focus on how collaborative relationships are sustained in our tribal youth work, including ways in which they can be identified, and how to strengthen them in culturally-informed ways. We will discuss what works well and how our tribal communities can continue to experience the benefits of tribal best practices that address sustainability. Finally, the session will also include the importance of active engagement by all community partners, and dedication to careful planning. Attention to community partnerships need to be continued throughout the strategic planning process and implementation phases to ensure continuity and success. Sustainability as a guiding principle must be fully integrated into each step of our strategic planning.
