DESCRIPTION:Date: January 25\, 2024 \nTime: 10am PT/ 11am MT/ 12pm CT/ 1pm ET \nDescription: \nThis webinar will make participants aware of the profound impact trauma has on children’s development and functioning and introduce the concepts of the “Invisible Suicide” and the Cognitive Triangle. By learning techniques for helping traumatized children understand and control their emotional and behavioral reactions\, participants will be reassured that children can heal from the effects of trauma and will discover the role resource parents play in the healing process. This webinar comes from the National Child Traumatic Stress Network’s training curriculum\, Caring for Children Who Have Experienced Trauma: A Workshop for Resource Parents.
